Report To: Directors     

Department: Office  


Role Purpose: Reporting to the Directors to provide administrative support, assist with enquiries form client and sub-contractors and provide client contract support       

Key Responsibilities:                                                     

Clients Satisfaction 

  • To be fully aware of the client’s requirement and ensure that they are met 
  • Account management of client, providing a bespoke solution from initial enquires through to delivery and follow up 


  • To contact the directors daily for any relevant instruction and client satisfaction level 

Administration and general tasks 

  • To clock in and out on a daily basis 
  • Upsell to clients yet ensuring availability of stock at all times 
  • Answer telephone and manage inbound enquiries particularly weddings and private clients
  • Prepare and follow up) in relation to weddings, parties and corporate events, using the RMS Current system
  • Host visiting clients, welcoming on arrival and looking after onsite needs
  • Preparation of marquee layouts and designs utilizing EventCAD design system
  • Brief and manage sub-contractors for client bookings
  • Advise on quality issues and offer advice for improvements
  • Book site visits for Directors and manage company diary
  • Work with the directors to organise and deliver trade shows
  • Be actively aware of the temporary structures, marquee industry, competition and the wider events industry
  • Office Management including call and enquiry handling; team diary management; administrative and sales assistance to Director

  • IT competent (quick to learn new programs, experience of spread sheets, email, budgets, databases) using schedules and databases
