‪ As a result of our growth at All About Me Marquees and Events, we have now got a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Event Planner

‪The role is exciting and fast moving, requires commitment and hard work, but is incredibly rewarding and a lot of fun. You will be required to work in a small team of like-minded individuals


We are looking for an Event coordinator to work with the event team to plan & implement the best and most memorable events for our clients. Imagine planning stunning weddings, incredible parties and corporate events, as well as festivals, for a living, helping clients create memories that will last a lifetime. We’re currently on the search for a new Event Planner to join our fabulous Event team, to assist with planning and implementing the best and most memorable events for our clients. This will be a co-ordination and design led role requiring inspiration and focus towards the biggest of plans right down to the finer details

The role is both varied and exciting, working behind the scenes and on the front line of countless All About ME events

  • Preparing bespoke quotations
  • Answering telephone enquiries and taking details of clients’ event requirements
  • Liaising with the clients to help them visualize their events.
  • Planning for future events
  • Working with the team to retain our reputation as market leaders in the events industry
  • Preparing and organising clients files once they’ve booked their event with us
  • Site visits
  • Organising client floor plans
  • 6 weekly pre-event process
  • Weekly meetings
  • Maintain supplies and venue date base
  • Quarterly checks on client files
  • General office duties
  • Updating event calendar
  • Marketing


  • Excellent customer service experience necessary to build client relationships
  • A strong understanding of customer requirements
  • Excellent communicator
  • Computer literate and proficient with the use of Word, Excel and Outlook (we’re a Mac based office)
  • Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities
  • The ability to be reactive in day to day duties
  • Works well as part of a team or on individual projects when required
  • Ideally full clean driving licences and own transport
  • Available to work weekends and evenings on occasion

Salary: £15,600-£18,000 Dependent on experience.
